My well-being

Wellbeing is a really important word that means feeling happy, healthy, and safe in our lives. It’s like having a big, warm hug that helps us feel good inside and out! Let’s dive deeper into what wellbeing is and why it matters.

When we have good wellbeing, we tend to be happier and do better at school and with our friends. It helps us manage stress and challenges, just like wearing a helmet makes it safer to ride a bike. If we take care of our wellbeing, we can enjoy our lives much more!

  • Talking about Feelings: If you’re feeling upset because you didn’t do well on a test, talking to your teacher or a friend can help. This is good for your emotional wellbeing.

  • Physical Activities: Playing sports or going for a walk outside is great for your body. It helps keep your heart strong and your mind clear!

  • Friendship: Sharing toys or playing together nicely with friends makes everyone feel included and happy. This helps everyone’s social wellbeing.
