The P.T.F.A is our Parent Teacher Friends Association, which is an organisation of parents, friends and staff. We encourage closer links between home and school.
The P.T.F.A is best known for our fundraising work. Fundraising events provide an opportunity for parents, staff and pupils to get together.
Our P.T.F.A raises money for the school through events such as the Christmas Fair, School Discos, Sponsored Events and Summer Sports Day Fair. We are always looking for new funding ideas.
Funds raised by our P.T.F.A have in the past provided Playground equipment for all the children to use, paid towards the coaches for school trips to take place, costumes for our performances down to providing juice and Christmas chocolates for the Christmas lunch. All the money raised by the P.T.F.A is used in school and benefits all the children from the nursery class to year 6.
There are many different ways you can help the P.T.F.A whether you have lots of time to offer or not. Look out for things you can do (e.g. running a stall at the Christmas/Summer fair, baking a cake for sale, sending gifts in for our tombola stall and many more) however more importantly as always please turn up and support our events.
If anyone has a contact or a generous employer who would be able to provide us with a voucher, prize, hamper etc for our Christmas raffle, please contact the school office or email firstname.lastname@example.org
